Hygiene is extremely important in the production of meat. Fortunately, there are high standards in the Netherlands and Europe for monitoring hygiene. The Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority is the agency responsible in this country and it regularly inspects companies like Cuisson.
Cuisson operates in accordance with a strict food safety plan and is a pioneer in the area of hygiene. Adhering to a food safety plan like ours basically entails carrying out all company processes correctly in order to guarantee product safety for consumers and performing a risk analysis of every stage of production, processing and distribution. We therefore examine the potential risks and take appropriate measures to prevent our meat or the way in which it is processed from having any harmful effects on consumers.
One such measure is to wear gloves and the right work clothes. Our company must obviously also be completely clean. The packaging not only makes our products recognisable and preserves their quality, it also ensures that the meat we put on your plate is ultra-hygienic.
