Quality selection criteria

Cuisson buys dual-purpose cows that come from different farmers throughout Europe. Our butchers personally go and check the cows in, for example, Germany and Austria in order to select your perfect steak. We want to know where the cows come from, how they live and of course whether the meat complies with our strict quality selection criteria. Our butchers extensively test the quality by examining, smelling and tasting the meat. We also look closely at the quality certification of the suppliers with whom we do business.
