Marbling

We have already talked about marbling and why the origin of our meat is important. Dual-purpose cows graze on fresh grass in meadows, have calves and produce milk. The way the cows are treated helps the development of the marbling that gives the meat its characteristic taste. Our butchers cut your steak to the perfect thickness.
