Who is not familiar with ‘steak’? It is, after all, probably the cut of meat that is best known internationally and throughout Europe.
Various types of steak come from different parts of the cow. Tenderloin is the softest and sirloin has slightly more texture. Different breeds of cow produce meat with their own distinct level of tenderness and of course the degree of marbling also plays a role.
